2025 Dividend Kings: Strong Run Continues
The Dividend Kings are outperforming the S&P 500 in 2025 by 4.57%. Top performers include National Fuel & Gas (+30.21%), Consolidated Edison (+22.66%), and AbbVie (+20.40%). Promising Dividend Kings identified in February showed relative outperformance, averaging -0.38% vs. -1.58% for all Kings and -3.34% for SPY.

Fear Is A Gift: Buy These 4.5%-Plus Safe And Steady Dividend Aristocrats Before The Rebound
High-yield dividend aristocrats offer stability and income. Due to their defensive sector composition and lower volatility, they outperform the S&P 500 during market downturns. Despite recession fears, economic data shows continued growth driven by consumer spending, particularly from the wealthiest Americans, mitigating recession risks. Here are 10 low-volatility, 4.5%-plus yielding aristocrats that offer attractive long-term income growth in an Ultra SWAN package.

Buy 3 "Safer" Dividend Kings Of 24 Out Of 52 For February
Seven of the top-ten Dividend Kings by yield offer annual dividends from a $1K investment exceeding their single share prices, making them attractive buys. Six Dividend Kings, including Altria Group and Hormel Foods, are currently fair-priced, with dividends meeting or exceeding their single-share prices. Analysts predict net gains between 15% and 45.53% for the top-ten Dividend Kings by February 2026, based on target prices.

2025 Dividend Kings - Off To A Strong Start
The Dividend Kings are outperforming the S&P 500 in 2025, up 4% YTD versus 1.39% for SPY. Ten Dividend Kings have already achieved double-digit returns, led by National Fuel Gas (+22.08%) and Abbott Laboratories (+20.71%). 2025 Dividend growth is looking promising, with ABM Industries and Walmart leading with 17.78% and 15.69% increases, respectively.

Black Hills: Ka-Ching, Ka-Ching, Another Dividend King
Black Hills Corporation is a Dividend King with a 55-year dividend growth streak, trading at an 18% discount to fair value. BKH's five-year capital spending plan increased to $4.7 billion, with a strong balance sheet and a BBB+ credit rating from S&P. The utility's diluted EPS grew 17.1% in Q4 2024, driven by higher revenue and lower operating expenses, projecting 4%-6% annual EPS growth.

17 Upcoming Dividend Increases, Including 3 Kings
This week's dividend increases feature three Dividend Kings: Archer-Daniels-Midland, Consolidated Edison, and Black Hills Corporation, with streaks of 50, 51, and 55 years, respectively. Consistently rising dividends indicate strong cash flow and financial stability, making such companies attractive long-term investments that often outperform benchmarks. My strategy focuses on stocks with consistent dividend growth and market outperformance, using data from U.S. Dividend Champions and NASDAQ.

Black Hills Corporation: Double Digit Upside Potential
I maintain my buy rating on Black Hills Corporation due to its solid dividend coverage, discounted valuation, and strong earnings projections for Q4 2024. BKH stock's starting dividend yield is 4.6%, higher than average, with over 53 years of consecutive raises, making it attractive for income-focused investors. Despite underperformance over the last decade, Black Hills' suppressed valuations present an opportunity to accumulate shares, especially with anticipated future interest rate cuts.
