The company was formerly known as JIUFU Financial Technology Service Limited and changed its name to 9F Inc. in June 2014. 9F Inc. was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.

BEIJING , Jan. 3, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- 9F Inc. (NASDAQ: JFU) ("9F" or the "Company") today announced that it will change the ratio of its American depositary shares ("ADSs") to its Class A ordinary shares (the "ADS Ratio"), par value US$0.00001 per share, from the current ratio of one (1) ADS to one (1) Class A ordinary share to a new ratio of one (1) ADS to twenty (20) Class A ordinary shares. For the Company's ADS holders, the change in the ADS Ratio will have the same effect as a one-for-twenty reverse ADS split.
