On October 30, 2024, TE Connectivity plc (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company’s fourth quarter and full year results for fiscal 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
